Week 9: Future Psych

Dear AP Psych Student, I learned a lot in Ms Halfen's psychology class despite it only lasting one semester. I felt much more prepared for the AP test in May than if I had to self study the material or take the course over the summer. One piece of advice that I would give is to do the vocabulary in a timely manner even if Ms Halfen says it's optional. It only takes a maximum of 30 minutes each day, and the study plan doesn't assign vocabulary on the weekends. I personally found it less stressful to skip a couple days of vocab during the schooldays and catch up on the weekend. Also, I encourage borrowing or purchasing a review book (Princeton, Barron's, Five Steps, etc) at the beginning of the course. This helps a lot when doing the assigned vocabulary, and I noticed some terms on the tests that I only knew about due to my review book.
